Although there are moves within the federal government to increase provisions for the disabled, these are unlikely to happen in the near future due to the severe shortage of funding. Even the programs which are in place are needing to be cut in this economic climate. This just gives you more of a chance to be a hero by offering your employees a benefit they may not get from your competitor.
